slatestore endeavours to deliver the Products to customers within 4-5 working days in major cities from the day the order is confirmed. However, the duration of delivery of Products can take from 7-12 working days depending on customer location. Delivery time to the end user is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your product to be dispatched by a courier immediately (subject to stock availability). Just to keep you in the loop,we'll notify you when your product is dispatched with a 12 digit tracking number.
It would be nice to have someone at the delivery address to take receipt of your product. We'll require a signature upon delivery.
We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in the shipments. Title and risk of loss and damages pass on to you upon the products delivery to you. In case reverse shipment cannot be arranged by us due to unavailability of our logistics partners, then in that case you may be requested to send such products through any available courier services.
